Adele’s sudden and dramatic weight loss has both shocked and awed fans all over the world. It comes as a surprise as Adele has always been the kind to be content with her body type. No matter the motivation behind her weight loss, Adele has certainly proved that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. The soulful singer has reportedly been following the Sirtfood Diet, in which it focuses mainly on plant-based foods. Adele has also taken pilates session, although her personal trainer has mentioned that Adele’s weight loss is largely attributed to her dieting, as she is not one to like exercises very much. Nonetheless, she still works out at the comfort of her own home by watching high intensity workout and training videos by Joe Wicks and Dalton Wong.
