Sneak A Peek Inside Oprah Winfrey’s $90 Million Montecito Home
A Price That Broke Records
As reported by SF Gate, Oprah offered the Velozes an estimated $50 million for the estate. Compare that to the $14 million that the Velozes paid for it in 1998, and you have a done deal. The pool, patio, and tennis court were still under construction.
